ONE:
Get hired by Disney and become a Cast Member yourself, making magic for over 20 million guests each year.
It’s not as hard as you might think— with options for College Program as well as retired adults and everything in between, there’s a role for everyone… and we can help you prepare for your interview for the best likelihood of being hired.
TWO:
Begin ministering to your fellow Cast Members in radically ordinary spaces like popcorn carts, hotel lobbies, and attraction queues through natural, real, relationships.
THREE:
We will help you to plant churches with Cast Members alongside our partner, Church Development Network.
No seminary training is needed, you’ll never need to give a sermon, and you won’t need to worry about a church building.
