What We Believe
About Jesus
Jesus came to show us life— not just one after this current one, but life to the fullest in the here and now.
By practicing the way of Jesus, humans can experience true hope, joy, and peace in the midst of both good and bad circumstances.
Jesus claimed to be the “way, the truth, and the life.” It’s our job as humans to decide if He was telling the truth— and act accordingly.
Those who truly practice the way of Jesus are far from perfect, but are working each day to become more like Him.

About God
God is not an old man sitting on a cloud, viewing the world from some distant vantage point.
God is “compassionate, gracious, slow to anger” and “abounding in love and faithfulness”…. active love towards humanity.
However, God will “not let the guilty go unpunished.” This means that injustice and evil will eventually face a reckoning— even if consequences seem to be avoided on this earth.

About Cast Members
Like most people on the planet, CMs are searching for love, acceptance, and belonging. Unfortunately, many of us have been taken advantage of along the way— leaving us suspicious and skeptical about real “happily ever afters.”
Far from claiming a false life without any problems, Jesus told us that “in this world you will have trouble,” but offered peace in the midst of the conflict.
God loves CMs deeply and wants all to experience the peace and joy they were created for through apprenticeship to Jesus.
God sees past all of the magic and show of your role at Disney and into your heart, and loves you regardless of what’s found there.
